This lens adapter will allow you to use Canon EOS EF lenses on Sony E mount cameras, such as NEX-3, 5, 6, 7, ILCE -3000, 3500, 6000, 5100, etc  cameras. Please note that you will have to set up your camera to accept manual focus lenses or it will show error. E-mail me if you don't know how to do that. Adapter might show some vignetting at the edges on full frame cameras. Adapter made in China. It fits lens perfectly, and locks properly. It is made of metal. Please note that adapter does not have aperture adjustment. So lens will work only in open aperture mode, unless you close it on Canon camera. For that use Aperture priority mode, set aperture, and remove the lens. That will work only on Canon EOS cameras. Then use Canon lens with preset aperture on Sony camera.
